Route Maps
Our Distribution network is based on custom made Route Maps. It is a practical alternative to 'GPS' and 'Random Map Generation'. The area is divided into 'Campaigns' and 'Streets', based on Proximities and Demographic Types.
Houses on the street are counted. Starting and Ending points are marked to facilitate the distribution. Delivery Report is prepared after the Route Map.
Daily Client Briefing
Daily, after the distribution, the Contractor sends a report to the Franchisee and the Company. A brief is sent to the Client via SMS/E-mail with Campaign, streets and the material distributed.
For some business like Takeaways and Restaurants, Daily briefing is helpful in allocating and optimising their men and material.
A detailed report is sent to the client on completion of each campaign.
Where couldn't tread!
We provide a full list of properties where we could not deliver the leaflets, along with the reason why it could not be delivered.
Some of the common reasons are: a) We cannot gain access to a block of flats.
b) No letter box: which means the distributor could not locate the letter box. c) Dog in the Garden: When the distributor feels it is unsafe to post leaflets in this situation.d) 'NO POST' signs: Where customers do not want to be delivered.
Confirming Delivery
Our franchises/supervisors conduct backchecking at random houses in the selected streets. Back Checking will be done mostly on the same day or within 48 Hrs.
We can hand over the Back check details to the client. We do not use a third party back checking service over the phone. It gives us a better control over your campaigns and you can ensure a better accountability.
With the Client
The Client can conduct inspection on their own and if any discrepency noticed can be reported for corrections.
Clients or their delegated inspectors must be accompanied by the Franchise/Supervisor for inspections.
Inspections must be conducted within 48 Hours of delivery. The Inspectors must arive at the site at the arranged time at their own expanse only.
..for the future
Each campaign is unique. Time, environment and mindsets act heavily on consumer behaviour. Let's sit for a chat. A brainstorming session might save us lot of time, effort and money.
From targeting, planning, designing, printing, distributing and reporting, we need to reserve room for improvement! Collective experience, views, suggestions and solutions are shared with the client to strategise future campaigns.
